Prices:
From age 1 - 100 years

> Lesson of 45 minutes per week: €32,- per month / €11,- single class

> Lesson of 60 minutes per week: €35,- per month / €11,- single class

> Showteam, 180 minutes per week + Other activities: €57,- per month

> Parent and kids class, 45 minutes per week: €39,- per month

• Follow 2 classes and get DISCOUNT! €57,- per month
• Unlimited dance classes: €75,- per month
• We charge €10,- administration cost, these will expire for new customers if you register immediately in the dance studio after trial class

Terms & Conditions:

• Trial lesson is free once! You can book this via our website (request a trial lesson) by telephone or via our office. After this, you must register yourself or the student for the lesson.
• When registering a lesson of 45 minutes per week, you have a minimum registration period of 3 months. You are therefore obliged to pay the corresponding subscription costs during these 3 months, regardless of whether or not you use the corresponding lessons. After the expiry of these three months, it will be tacitly renewed or you can cancel monthly in writing.
• When registering for a lesson of 60 minutes per week or longer, you have a minimum registration period of 6 months. You are therefore obliged to pay the corresponding subscription costs during these 6 months, regardless of whether or not you use the corresponding lessons. After the expiry of these six months, it will be tacitly renewed or you can cancel monthly in writing.
• After your registration, the student is permanently placed. You can no longer cancel the lesson.
• You must cancel in writing, no later than the 1st of the next month. You have a 1 month cancellation period. This can be sent to info@tdf-voorburg.nl / info@tdf-nootdorp.nl or via the unsubscribe form on our website. Here you must receive a confirmation from us before the confirmation is official.
• Payment must be made in advance by means of direct debit. The amount will be debited in advance around the 25th of the relevant month.
•  When taking a trial lesson, you are not guaranteed a place in the lesson. You must register for this separately. If you register as a new member immediately after the trial lesson, the registration fee will expire.
• You sign up for a subscription to a dance class, you can change classes in the meantime. If you miss a lesson due to absence, this lesson is lost. You cannot save the missed lessons.
• The dance lessons take place in our dance studios. In exceptional situations, for example in case of force majeure (COVID-19), the lessons will take place online, outside or via other means.
• Registration for a subscription is only possible via the online form or through our office. In case of minority of the participant, the parent or guardian must fill this in. Once the registration form has been received by The Dance Factory, the tuition fee is due, regardless of whether you or your son / daughter actually participate in the lessons.
•  If you register for a subscription of twice a week, there is no new minimum registration period. There is a notice period of 1 month to reset the lesson to 1 lesson per week.
• If you make use of a reimbursement by Stichting Leergeld or other payment partners, you must first email us a written confirmation. After this we make 1 total invoice until September 1. You must submit this to the organization yourself and you are responsible for paying the tuition fees at all times. When the payment has been made, we will send you a confirmation.
• We charge 12 dancing months per year. Due to cancellation of a lesson, we guarantee a minimum of 40 lesson weeks in a lesson year. During the holidays there are no lessons or there is a holiday schedule, as in the summer holidays.
• During the outdoor or holiday class schedule you can flexibly book a lesson yourself and there is no fixed registration per lesson. You can book the number of lessons with the matching subscription. The lesson ends after a week.
• You can pay for individual lessons online in advance, for which you can buy a ride card. The lesson must be reserved online in advance. You cannot use this card if there is insufficient space. The ride card is personal.
• If The Dance Factory agrees on a fixed fee and / or rate when concluding the agreement, The Dance Factory is entitled to increase this fee or rate, even if the fee or rate was not originally given under reservation. If The Dance Factory intends to change the fee and / or rate, it will inform you of this as soon as possible. If the increase in the fee or rate takes place within three months after the conclusion of the agreement, you can dissolve the agreement by means of a written statement, unless: - The increase arises from a power or an obligation resting on The Dance Factory by, on account of the law; - The Dance Factory is still willing to execute the agreement on the basis of the originally agreed; It is stipulated that the performance will be carried out longer than three months after the conclusion of the agreement. You are entitled to terminate the agreement if the fee or rate is increased more than three months after the conclusion of the agreement, unless the agreement stipulates that the performance will be carried out more than three months after the conclusion of the agreement. The Dance Factory will inform you of the intention to increase the fee or rate. The Dance Factory will state the size of and the date on which the increase will take effect.
• If the outstanding amount is not transferred to us on time or is reversed, you must transfer the payment within 14 days. In case of late payment, The Dance Factory has the right to charge administration costs. In case of postponement of payment, we will forward your invoice to a debt collection office after another 14 days. All additional costs are for your account.
•  Students should put on the right clothes and shoes. A description can be found under the heading dress code. Outdoor shoes are not allowed in our ballroom, as are chewing gum, food and cans. A bottle of water is allowed, the student must bring it into the room every lesson
•  In case of inappropriate behavior and multiple warnings, the student can be refused
• When renting our room once or booking a children's party you can cancel this free of charge. If you cancel within 7 days, you must pay the full amount.
• Tickets for our shows cannot be returned.
•  For activities outside the regular lessons, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the workshop. You will then receive your money back. In case of cancellation within 14 days before the start of the workshop, you must pay the full amount.
• The Dance Factory is not responsible for loss or theft of goods and personal injury.
• The Dance Factory has the right to unilaterally change these general terms and conditions.
• Changes will also apply to agreements already concluded.
• The Dance Factory will notify you of the changes by e-mail.
• The changes to the terms and conditions will take effect 30 days after you have been notified of the changes.
• If you do not agree with the announced changes, you have the right to cancel the agreement.
